Do I have to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some benefits of establishing an account with us:

What should I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" You will then be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
What if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) PayPal payments. You can also pay by bank transfer.
How secure is my online order?
When you use a credit card to shop online, all the details will be entered on a secure SSL website. Then, your information is encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transactions are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our server.
How to change or cancel an order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject the order or part of it at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer receives the order confirmation or after the credit card is authorized. If the credit card has been authorized to purchase and the order is cancelled, the credit will be issued with the original payment method.
Please note that orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update the delivery address to your home address instead of your work address, because we don’t know how long the customs department of the destination will hold the package on hold.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose.After the order is shipped, we will email your tracking information to you the next day, because tracking information is usually provided 72 hours after the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country/region.
How to track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. Usually, one day after we place the order, you will receive the tracking number.

What if there are missing items in my order?
If there is any omission, please contact us immediately.
When can my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. During holidays and peak sales seasons, please allow more time to process your order.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. The order will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order date, and will be sent the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you do not receive the tracking confirmation within 5 working days after completing the payment, please contact us.
