Return:

10 days from the date of delivery, in a new state, no obvious wear and tear. If the return is not covered by our warranty against manufacturer’s defects, and the return is not due to our fault, the buyer must pay for the return.

Tips:

If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.

Please do not return to the address attached to the shipping package. Not our return address, otherwise it will affect your return process.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you can choose to request a refund.

You can get a refund in the following cases:

You are not satisfied with the order: You purchased a Works.Shoes product within the last 10 days and want to return it. After receiving your item, we will process the refund as soon as possible

The product you purchased is completely unusable.

You have not received your product within 60 working days or 90 working days (South America). Please note that the refund may be returned to your account within 3-5 working days
